I'm going camping. I know, you can pick your jaw up off the floor now. I am leaving tomorrow to take thirty middle school students camping and floating on the Niangua River. Today I am preparing 15 pounds of ground beef for tacos on Friday night. I have never seen this much meat in my life. My whole house smells like a taco and I spent three hours today cooking. Who would have know this would be such an undertaking!
