Dad says it because of the digital TV service. Something to do with the sound the picture being sent separately. It's really bad here in KC on 62.
Shoot. Story of my life but hey, I guess I can't complain when I can buy really great $5 DVDs with 20 pirated movies on them.
They always come with really cool themes that Brangelina movies or Action thrillers, etc etc.
